Feedback from clients via email is welcomed and valued as it provides opportunity for service improvement. If you are supported by SPAACE, or know someone who is, and would like to provide feedback on any aspect of our work, please know that this will be taken seriously and addressed as soon as practicably possible.

If you are dissatisfied with a service we have provided or have a concern, we encourage you to let us know as soon as practicable so we can address it.

When complaints are received via email, you will receive acknowledgement of the complaint. All complaints will be addressed fairly and with professionalism.

If you are unsatisfied with the response to your complaint, we will endeavour to schedule a time to meet with you to discuss the matter further.
